Rich + Hearty Soup Recipes
Posted by Sarah Krouse
Soup is a staple in our home. It's fast and it's easy. And during the cold months I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, + dinner. There's simply nothing more satisfying than warm bowl of soup served with a well-buttered and well-seasoned chunk of toasted bread.
It's pure bliss.
One of our family's favorite soups is Red Pepper Soup. Its blend of flavors is enhanced by the slight kick of a single chili pepper and tempered by a rich cream base. So good, you'll definitely want to make this one - just be sure to include a toasted slice of french bread topped with melted Swiss cheese and pepper. It's To die... Seriously.
And once the Red Pepper Soup has been devoured, you'll definitely be left wanting more. So I've gathered an array of rich + hearty soups from some of my favorite foodie bloggers to carry us all through the cold winter months. It's a varied list of yumminess, and I can't wait to try each and every one. *(Images are chronologically ordered to match the list below.)
